Dreamotion Studios is proud and honored to officially cast Rachel Alig in the role of 'Julie' on the 'From Under The Bridge' film project. Rachel submitted an audition tape which simply overwhelmed the director and producers with her talent, precise character portrayal and overall emotions. Additionally, Rachel included a personal and powerful bullying story which moved us all to tears and prompted the official 'teaser trailer' to be revised to include her tale.

This 'From Under The Bridge' concept logo (for apparel etc) focuses on the loneliness and sadness of our lead character. She sits in the dark shadows of the metaphorical bridge, which also ties to the troll aspect of the story.
This is the production's lead logo. Paul James This 'From Under The Bridge' concept logo (for apparel etc), focuses on the sinister side of the story. The eye represents the bully/internet troll, peering out from under the metaphorical bridge, which also serves as the upper arc of the eye and frames the logo. The effects applied to the title font directly 'reflect' the opening scene...
The final logo is to be determined. Paul James The tape audition submission phase for the teen roles of Clare, Kyle and Stacey has come to an end. With so many passionate and talented actors applying for the roles, we have spent days reviewing hundreds of submissions. And of course, each tape has been carefully considered as we finalize the call-back list for each role. The actors who have made the call-back list will be contacted on Monday (August 4th), but it goes without saying, we appreciate every actor who has taken the time to illustrate their passion for the film by submitting an audition tape. We would also like to sincerely thank all actors who included their personal experiences, reflections and stories relative to bullying. When we made this request, we did not anticipate just how many individuals would respond. And we watched and listened to each and every one. Here it must be stated, we were emotionally overwhelmed not only by the stories themselves, but also by the courage, honesty and strength of those sharing their tales. We hope by making this film and bringing awareness to the effects and dangers of bullying and cyber-bullying, we represent these incredible individuals and everyone who is directly and/or indirectly affected by similar accounts. We stand for you and with you. Sincerely, Paul James and Connie Jo #fromunderthebridgefilm |
